The Amazon Partner Agency Program provides comprehensive support, including strategic guidance and the latest information from Amazon representatives, to agencies such as consultants, advertising companies, and tool providers that support new sellers on Amazon Marketplace.
Agencies that meet Amazon's criteria are categorized as Platinum or Gold. Because Wellridge Inc. has received the Amazon Partner Agency Platinum Badge, we are able to provide additional support to the new sellers we assist.
New-seller support case in this program, launched on Amazon in November 2025 (brand: ATOMOS)
- Nextorage Inc. is a Japanese memory-product manufacturer established in 2019 after being carved out from Sony's memory business. It globally develops high-performance storage products such as CFexpress cards, SD cards, and external SSDs, and from October 2025 also serves as the exclusive Japan distributor for ATOMOS products.
- The company had challenges with self-taught Amazon operations and stalled overseas expansion. By entrusting Wellridge, an Amazon.co.jp Platinum Partner Agency, with Amazon consulting in Japan and Amazon marketplace operations in North America and Europe (the U.K., Germany, and France), Nextorage was able to focus internal resources on strategy and procurement. Imaging product sales doubled compared with fiscal 2024, and the company grew to become No. 1 in Japan's high-end memory-card market.
- Before major sale events, Wellridge created 1,200 pieces of overseas-market creative and replaced product images at speed. This execution helped rebuild operations for overseas marketplaces and improve sales. During Black Friday 2025, the brand achieved bestseller status on Amazon Germany. Wellridge also executed a rapid Amazon.co.jp launch for the ATOMOS brand, for which Nextorage is the Japan distributor, in roughly two months.
