Moving Beyond Self-Taught Amazon Operations: How Nextorage More Than Doubled Imaging Product Sales Year over Year and Became No. 1 in the High-End Market

Nextorage Inc. is a Japanese memory-product manufacturer established in 2019 after being carved out from Sony's memory business. It develops high-performance storage products globally, including CFexpress cards, SD cards, and external SSDs, and from October 2025 also serves as the exclusive Japan distributor for ATOMOS products. The company had challenges with self-taught Amazon operations and stalled overseas expansion. By entrusting Wellridge with Amazon consulting in Japan and overseas marketplace operations, Nextorage focused internal resources on strategy and procurement, doubled sales, and achieved No. 1 share in the high-end memory-card market. Wellridge rebuilt operations and increased sales with execution such as creating 1,200 overseas-market creatives, helping the brand become a bestseller on Amazon Germany and launch ATOMOS on Amazon in roughly two months.
